Your AC is an inverter. It draws close to its rated power while the room is far above the set temperature, then slows down to hold it. Each degree set below 27° costs about 6% more to hold. Eco, Turbo, Sleep and Dry are taken into account. The rated power is on the AC's star label ("Rated power input" for cooling).

Add Dictate Text.
Add Get Contents of URL: paste the address · Method POST · Header x-voice-token = the key · Request Body Text = Dictated Text.
Add Speak Text (Contents of URL).
Say “Hey Siri, Home” → “AC on”, “AC off at 10 AM”, “lights night”…
For one-tap phrases (“AC on”, “AC off”), duplicate it, name it after the phrase and replace Dictate Text with a Text action holding that phrase.
